Cassie Elliott is a native of Harrison, Arkansas, and moved to Northwest Arkansas to attend the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. Her real estate career commenced while at the U of A, working her way to title insurance department manager at a local title company. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts, she became involved in her local city government at the Town of Highfill.
Cassie served the town in numerous capacities such as Town Clerk and Secretary of the Planning Commission, and also obtained Master Municipal Clerk status. She assisted in developing a master plan for the city, subdivision and zoning regulations and building a municipal water system. She continues to represent the Town of Highfill in real estate transactions and easement acquisition.
Cassie has worked with a multitude of city and county government entities to assist with their utility easements and infrastructure. She uses this knowledge to further her real estate career assisting developers and landowners since obtaining her real estate license in January 2005. She obtained her broker's license & Graduate of the Realtor's Institute (GRI) in July 2007.
Though her reputation and business is built on the commercial and development side of the industry, she also enjoys working in the residential market to take care of her relationships she has built with developers, as well as those citizens in the local community.
She also serves as the chairman of the Benton County Rural Development Authority, the Highfill representative for the Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission Transportation Board and is currently obtaining her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Cassie resides in Highfill with her husband, Scott and two children.
